Two roles: controller and processor
We act as a controller for information about website visitors and prospects. For personal data inside a customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant that we process when we deliver our services, we act as a processor on the customer’s behalf — see our Data Processing Agreement.
Information we collect
- Contact and company details you submit through our forms.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
- Usage and analytics data about how you interact with our site.
- When we deliver our M365 services: security and configuration signals from your Microsoft 365 tenant, processed as a processor.
How we use information
To provide and improve our services, respond to your requests, process payments, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information
Wintive does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share information only with the service providers listed on our sub-processors page, and where required by law.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share). To exercise a right, email privacy@wintive.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics — Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager — to understand how visitors use our site. These set analytics cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_au. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
International data
Our infrastructure and team may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
